Travel in the astral realm in group hypnosis. 

The group will go into a trance state and experience a healing. The group will be guided to their beautiful place, the astral realms, and other sojourns in the spiritual experience. Ashtra, who is a light being that is currently working with Pandava in her healing work, will come in and she will give a light activation directly to the group.

Group Hypnosis takes place on the floor on a yoga mat. If you know you have back problems or it might be uncomfortable for you to lie on the floor you may sit in a chair or bring props to assist you to lie on the floor.

The Cost of this class is $20.00 per person

Please bring the following: Yoga Mat, a pillow, a blanket, a notepad and pen.
