In this workshop, we will start off with a shamanic drum journey. This will be followed up with a sound bath, consisting of gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, tingshas, shakers, and other sound instruments. This is a time of meditation, reflection, and a direct inner experience and connection to oneself and soul, the universe and/or to the Divine. Sound baths are very relaxing and rejuvenating for the mind, body and soul.
